Fernscape Interiors
Web Design | UI/UX
Overview
Fernscape Interiors was a mock project I created for school. The client was imagined as a plant-focused interior design studio, and the goal was to build a website from the ground up that clearly communicated who they are, what they offer, and how potential clients could get in touch.
Creative Direction
The overall vibe was fresh, modern, and earthy. I used a mix of crisp, clean colors, with pops of green and neutral tones to bring out that lush, natural feel. The typography was playful yet modern, which helped the brand feel approachable but still professional. I also added subtle animations to bring the site to life without overwhelming the content.
Design & Development
I built the entire site using HTML and CSS, making sure it was fully responsive and easy to navigate. Every section was thoughtfully laid out to feel clean and organized, while also being accessible across devices. From the clear call-to-actions to smooth scrolling and well-structured content, the goal was a seamless user experience from start to finish.
Deliverables
Fully custom website layout and design using HTML and CSS
Responsive and accessible across devices
Brand-aligned color palette and typography
Contact form integration and easy navigation
Final Thoughts
This was such a fun project to work on. Fernscape Interiors feels like the kind of place that could turn any space into a dreamy, green oasis. If living in a jungle was as easy as they would make it, I’d be all in.
